Today marks the 40th Anniversary of the lifting of the ban on the Divine Mercy revelations of St. Faustina by the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith under Blessed Pope Paul VI. The ban, which St. Faustina herself had prophesied, was originally imposed in 1959 due to faulty translations of her writings.
