Trust/Distrust The Bowels of My Mercy
Write this: Everything that exists is enclosed in the bowels of My mercy, more deeply than an infant in its mother's womb. How painfully distrust of My goodness wounds Me! Sins of distrust wound Me most painfully (Diary, 1076).
My Prayer Response:
Jesus, how deeply and tenderly You love us. Help me to trust in You even more! May my trust in You bring You consolation in the painful wounds You suffer because of sins of distrust.

"Let each of us accept the truth of the following statement and try to make it our most fundamental principle: Christ's teaching will never let us down, while worldly wisdom always will. Christ Himself said that this sort of wisdom was like a house with nothing but sand as its foundation, while His own was like a building with solid rock as its foundation." — St. Vincent de Paul |
