Reflections from the Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska
Wednesday, September 22 Jesus the Teacher Part Three of Conference on Sacrifice and Prayer. Outwardly, your sacrifice must look like this: silent, hidden, permeated with love, imbued with prayer. I demand, My daughter, that your sacrifice be pure and full of humility, that I may find pleasure in it. I will not spare My grace, that you may be able to fulfill what I demand of you (Diary, 1767).
My Prayer Response:
Lord Jesus, may my sacrifice be silent, hidden, loving, prayerful, and joyful! May it be pure and humble, so it may please You. Fulfill Your purpose for my life.
